A man was seriously injured while changing a tire on Southfield Freeway after being hit by a suspected impaired driver.

A motorist was arrested early Monday after driving the wrong way on Southfield Freeway in Detroit and crashing into another vehicle while allegedly drunk, Michigan State Police said.
