There are two different capacitors in GPU – a POSCAPS (Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitor) and the other called MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitor).

Different values, including ESR and ESL, can be assigned to the individual capacitors. Assumed effects of the board layout—for example, L layout —also can be considered.
