The first part of Demon Slayer’s Infinity Castle Arc movie trilogy is set to hit theatres in India on September 12, Crunchyroll announced on Thursday, March 6. The movie will be released in Japanese and English languages in IMAX and other premium large formats.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotoge, published in Shueisha’s Weekly Jump from February 2016 to May 2020. The series with its tragic tale of humans and demons, riveting sword fights, charming characters, and comical scenes counts a 150 million units sold in regards to manga.

A UK release date has officially been confirmed for the first Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie - and fans are gutted to learn it's two months later than Japan.
