BELGRADE, Serbia — A 19-year-old died on Friday in a hospital in Serbia, becoming the 16th fatality in the collapse of a concrete canopy at a train station last November.

Carrying wreaths with the names of the 15 victims, the students from Novi Sad and Belgrade on Friday walked together to the station building to honor the people who died in the accident.
