INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Commemorative badges designed to be worn during Black History Month for Indianapolis police officers will not arrive in time. Some community members are upset.

The Raytown, Missouri, Police Department announced on Thursday, Jan. 9, that new commemorative badges for its 75th anniversary have been made available to officers.
