Police executed a search warrant on the van early Wednesday and found a Colt Defender BB gun. Nathan Bastien, 25, is charged with pointing a firearm and possession of a dangerous weapon.

The victim called police and told them he just had a gun pointed at him by Bastien while heading west on the expressway near Central Avenue at around 2:50 a.m.
