Windows Insiders can now try an improved Microsoft Store and Clock app. Those in the Canary Channel also have a new Windows 11 build to install.

Next, we have a much-requested feature coming from Windows 10 to 11: Seconds for the calendar clock. The clock that appears in the calendar flyout can now display seconds if you want it to.

To show seconds on Windows 11, open Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, click the "Taskbar behavior" setting, and check the "Show seconds in system tray clock" option.
