Antoni Gaudi’s Casa Batlló in Barcelona has been given a €3.5m makeover, restoring the iconic building’s rear façade to its original design.

In a project Casa Batlló has described as a “remarkable rediscovery,” the back façade has been returned to its original state following a years-long €3.5 million ($4 million) initiative.

Known as The House of Inspiration, Casa Batlló has been transformed into an immersive experience in the mind of the brilliant Antoni Gaudí and a place where modern art literally comes to life.
