I started experimenting only a week ago, and I’ve already found plenty of uses for this syrup. Pour it over whole yogurt, and you’ve got a satisfying and reasonably healthy dessert.
Add in 3 T. syrup, pour in seltzer until the glass is almost full. Stir. Top with 3 T. milk and serve. Cherry lassi: Add 3 T. yogurt to a pint glass. Stir until smooth.
