Buttermint’s brunch will operate on a reservation basis, noted Black Shoe co-owner Dan Sidner, but approximately 30 seats in the bar and lounge will be available for walk-in guests.

Buttermint Finer Dining & Cocktails, at 4195 N. Oakland Ave. in Shorewood, will close permanently. The last day of service for the restaurant and cocktail lounge will be Saturday, July 27.
