Just last month, GM Authority reported that the 2023 Corvette Stingray and 2023 Corvette Z06 were unavailable to order with the optional Edge Red painted brake calipers due to a supplier issue.

The new Z06 ditches the standard Corvette’s 6.2-liter pushrod cross-plane-crank V-8 for a high-revving DOHC 5.5-liter with a flat-plane crankshaft, but that's not the only difference.

Corvette Z06 buyers can choose from 12 exterior colors, 7 interior colors, 7 different wheel packages, 3 seat choices, 6 seatbelt options, and 6 different brake caliper colors.

This change means customers are not able to order the Edge Red painted calipers on either the 2023 Corvette Stingray or the 2023 Corvette Z06 in any of the available trim levels.
