MOUNT WASHINGTON, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles police seized half a million dollars worth of marijuana and more than two dozen weapons during a major drug bust.

Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard allegedly tipped off political pal Dwayne Murray that he was about to be busted for molesting a 12-year-old girl, a new lawsuit said.
