Fluor (NYSE:FLR) said Tuesday it appointed COO Jim Breuer as its new CEO, while current Chairman and CEO David Constable will transition into the role of Executive Chairman, with both moves taking effect May 1.

Irving-based Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR), which has a major presence in Houston, is switching up the top ranks of its leadership team. COO Jim Breuer has been appointed CEO, according to a Feb. 18 announcement. David Constable, currently CEO and board chair, will become executive chairman. The changes are effective May 1.
