The new restaurant promises to serve “elevated street fare” and comfort food: burnt end mac ‘n cheese, charcuterie, and “gracious picnic basket spreads,” according to a media release.

His new truck, The Burnt End, opened earlier this month in the parking lot of J&D Wine & Liquor at 13th and Ridge. It’s now operating there from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays.
