Police said 35-year-old Corey Watson held his girlfriend and her four children in the Bent Tree apartment for hours against their wills.

Crystal Price told FOX13 she decided to take action because no one was taking responsibility at the Bent Tree Apartment complex near the airport. "It was just disgusting to be here," Price said.

The shooting happened Monday, September 26, at the Bent Tree Apartments on Briarpark Drive. Memphis Police say a woman was taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
