SOUTH BEND — Designs to replace the O'Brien Park splash pad, restroom and to make other improvements to the south side park are being explored and the city could offer solid plans in the fall.

The building will include 180 units in a five-building structure at 314 W. Chippewa Avenue on South Bend’s south side near the AMC 16 movie theater and Chippewa Bowl.
