The Atari 2600+ ($129.99, out today, on Atari.com and Amazon) is a modern-day re-creation of the original Atari VCS (video computer system), released in 1977 and later renamed the 2600.

The company’s first and only Atari 2600 video game was called Extra Terrestrials, and was created in 1983 to cash in on the craze surrounding the classic Steven Spielberg film E.T.

Pac-Man is the best-selling Atari 2600 game of all time, selling over 8 million copies. It had such a cultural impact that even people who don't play video games know about it.

Paying only 5 cents per brick for a very cool 18+ build. LEGO has been making some excellent sets for gamers lately, and one of the coolest is the LEGO Icons Atari 2600 Video Game Console 10306.
