Aston Martin Chair Lawrence Stroll has doubled-down on reestablishing the automaker’s business success with significant financial restructuring.

Aston Martin is selling its stake in the Aston Martin Formula One team to focus on revitalizing its core automotive business, while team owner Lawrence Stroll has doubled down on his commitment with a fresh round of investment.

The Aston Martin brand will be in Formula One for decades to come, team owner Lawrence Stroll said on Monday after the sportscar maker announced the sale of its stake in the Silverstone-based outfit.
