A 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Sports Saloon, which was owned by King Baudouin of Belgium, will be up for grabs at the Bonhams' Paris sale of Motor Cars at the Grand Palais on February 5, 2011.
The Aston Martin DB2 Vignale was commissioned by King Baudoin of Belgium in 1954 to his own personal specifications.
In 1954, King Baudouin ordered a fast-back coupe, installed on a DB2/4 Aston Martin chassis from celebrated car designer Alfredo Vignale.
After a 16-year labour of love, this Aston Martin DB2 Vignale has been restored to regal glory by Bob Fountain and his team in County Durham.
