Soldiers are permitted to sew the name tape, U.S. Army tape, rank, and all authorized badges on all camouflage patterns of the combat uniform, Universal Camouflage Pattern, OEF-CP, and OCP.

Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael R. Weimer announced that a new Master Combat Badge is being rolled out for combat veterans who also have earned skills-related honors.

The Army is set to begin awarding Master Combat Badges, which will combine expert and traditional combat badges, next spring, according to an internal service memo reviewed by Military.com.
