The man accused of abducting a pregnant Beaver Dam girl in February waived extradition for charges he faces in Wisconsin and Arkansas.

Gary F. Day of Arkansas has been charged with two counts of child abduction, two counts of child enticement in connection to missing Beaver Dam teen, 16.

Sophia Franklin, 16, has been the subject of an Amber Alert since Monday. Authorities are searching for her and Gary Day, 40.
