Andrew Tate was accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting his then-girlfriend Brianna Stern this month, as the self-proclaimed misogynist influencer visited the United States while he faces human trafficking charges in Romania and the United Kingdom.

Lawyers for the controversial influencer, who is also facing sexual misconduct charges in Britain, have denied the allegations.
