Aerosmith is getting the band back together again.

Aerosmith, who retired from touring in 2024 after Steven Tyler suffered a vocal injury, will come together one night at the sixth annual Jam for Janie Grammy Awards Viewing Party in Los Angeles.

Aerosmith canceled the “Peace Out” tour in August and abruptly retired due to Tyler’s vocal injury. The Grammy-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame group said the 76-year-old singer’s voice was not expected to make a full recovery.

At the time it seemed like that was the end for the legendary band, at least as a touring band, but in an interview with WBUR, bassist Tom Hamilton said that Tyler is healing from his injuries, although perhaps not as quickly as some fans might want.
