Last year, Acura only sold 7,478 examples in the U.S., down from 16,731 sales in 2023. Meanwhile, 2023 was a much better year for the TLX than 2022 was, when it still only found 11,508 buyers.

Acura has only sold 3,634 TLX models in the first half of 2025, and the company managed just over 7,000 examples in all of 2024. That figure represented a 55 percent decrease from the previous year.

Acura has announced that production of the TLX sedan will end in July 2025. This means Honda's luxury carmaker will technically no longer sell sedans in North America.
