The Ace Motor Corporation was founded in 1919 by William G. Henderson, formerly of the American Henderson Motorcycle Company. Sadly, his two-wheeled business venture wasn't long for the world.

The Ace-Hy chapter of the AMCA now holds regular meetings and road rides, and last fall, hosted an antique motorcycle display at Village Ice Cream’s Victoria Park location.
