The Queen Elizabeth memorial stamps will be sold both individually and as a pack, retailing for $7.43 and on sale Nov. 10.

Simon Thompson, chief executive of Royal Mail, said: “For the past 70 years every British stamp has been personally approved by Her Late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth.

They are the first to be approved by King Charles III. The oldest photograph used in the series was taken by Dorothy Wilding in 1952, to the Queen's accession. It will feature on second-class stamps.
