Police released a photo grabbed from a surveillance video taken at a Canadian Tire on Bath Road in Kingston on Oct. 29, 2003, seven days after RMC cadet Joe Grozelle disappeared.

According to RONA, their Kingston "contractor location" will keep its lumberyard open, and most of the 17 employees will be absorbed into the company.
