UNION SQUARE, NY — A 57-year-old man was stabbed in the right eye inside the 14th Street Union Square subway station on Friday night, New York City Police Department officials said on Monday.

Around 3:30 p.m., first responders rushed to the Union Square-14th St. subway station, where a 42-year-old man was struck by a train, cops said. The man was pronounced dead on scene by EMS.
