President Donald Trump was his usual candid self while addressing the issue of Taylor Swift getting booed at the Super Bowl.

In the aftermath of the Kansas City Chiefs' loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9, 2025, a rumor that U.S. President Donald Trump blamed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and pop music superstar Taylor Swift for the Chiefs' 18-point loss circulated on social media.

“The worst part of the Super Bowl, by far, was watching the Kickoff where, as the ball is sailing through the air, the entire field is frozen, stiff,” he wrote on Truth Social. “College football does not do it, and won’t! Whose idea was it to ruin the Game?”
