The defending national champion South Carolina Gamecocks face the Texas Longhorns in the Final Four of the 2025 Women’s NCAA Division I tournament on Friday, April 4 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla.
Texas has advanced to the Final Four for the first time since 2003 and the fourth time overall after beating TCU 58-47 in the Elite Eight. The Longhorns’ smothering defense gave the Horned Frogs fits all game long, forcing 21 turnovers and allowing only 12 made field goals on 27% shooting.

Texas is moving on to its first Final Four since 2003.
