Netflix just announced a release date and a first look at Squid Game season three. During the streamer’s major slate presentation, Next on Netflix, the streamer announced that the mega-hit Korean-language drama and Netflix’s most popular series is slated to return for its final installment on June 27th.

Lee stars in Season 2 of “Squid Game” alongside returning cast member Wi Ha-jun as Jun-ho and Lee Byung-hun as the mysterious Front Man, alongside a slew of new stars. Hwang Dong-hyuk is the creator of the series and serves as director and executive producer, with Kim Ji-yeon also serving as an EP.

Netflix has announced the date for the third and final season of its hit series, Squid Game. The day in question? June 27, 2025. It’s a tremendously quick turnaround, as over three years passed between seasons 1 (September 2021) and 2 (December 2024).
