Joakim Weidemanis most recently served as executive vice president for diagnostics and China at Danaher Corp., where he was responsible for the operational leadership of an approximately $15 billion group across eight technology businesses.

Weidemanis' tenure as CEO will begin on March 12, 2025, following the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
