DES MOINES, Iowa – Iowa’s governor has sent a letter to Winneshiek County to remind its elected officials of their obligation to comply with federal immigration enforcement.
"We will make every effort to block, interfere, and interrupt their actions from moving forward," Dan Marx wrote on Facebook.
