(Reuters) -Honeywell International is closing in on a nearly $2.2 billion deal to buy pump-maker Sundyne from private-equity firm Warburg Pincus, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday. Honeywell and Sundyne did not immediately respond to Reuters' requests for comments.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Honeywell on its $2.16B all-cash acquisition of Sundyne, enhancing energy solutions with expected closing in Q2 2025.
