Tarell McMillian was booked early this morning in the Guilford County Jail. He is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of Greensboro police Officer Michael Horan. Tarell McMillian is 34 years old, and court records have his address as Leland, North Carolina, which is just outside of Wilmington.
