A wildfire burning next to Clear Lake in Lake County was further contained Sunday and mandatory evacuations were lifted, authorities said.

A rapidly expanding wildfire near Glenhaven in Lake County, which prompted evacuations after consuming more than 400 acres, was approximately 20% contained by Saturday morning, according to Cal Fire.

Cal Fire crews have responded and evacuations have been ordered after a fire broke out north of Clear Lake in Lake County Friday afternoon.
