Leeds United manager Daniel Farke is set to face the media this afternoon ahead of his side's trip to Carrow Road on Tuesday night.

Speaking at his press briefing today, boss Daniel Farke confirmed Ampadu has damaged his lateral ligament. "The doctors have recommended conservative treatment so doesn’t need surgery," said Farke. "It's a big blow for us but it's something we have to adapt to it."

The Welsh international was forced off before half-time against Coventry City and was replaced by Ao Tanaka. Farke has now confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the knee injury that Ampadu sustained against the Sky Blues has ruled him out for the next 10 weeks.
