Aam Aadmi Party's Arvind Kejriwal lost the New Delhi seat to BJP's Parvesh Verma by a margin of 4,089 votes. According to the Election Commission of India data, both candidates went head-to-head before the results favoured Verma's win.

BJP and AAP have won 40 and 19 seats respectively, as per the Election Commission. Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia have lost their seats while Atishi has retained.
