People in Jersey who are eligible for a Covid-19 booster jab and flu vaccine would be able to get them from their GPs from Monday. Flu vaccines would also be available from pharmacies and GPs would be able to administer both at the same time to eligible people, the Government of Jersey said.

The public, by and large, has not been on board with immunizations in the aftermath of the pandemic, despite public health agencies heavily campaigning this year for more people to get vaccinated against COVID-19,

Infections caused by the latest variant have symptoms including fever, chills, fatigue, cough, congestion and headache.
