The Dallas Cowboys finished an underwhelming 2024 season on Sunday at AT&T Stadium with a 23-19 loss to the Washington Commanders. Despite leading late into the game, a fourth-quarter drive by Washington’s backup quarterback Marcus Mariota that resulted in a go-ahead touchdown gave Dallas its 10th loss on the year.

Week 18 of the 2024/25 NFL season opened with an AFC North doubleheader that featured all four teams in the division playing. There’s still plenty of football to go on the last regular gameday, and the Washington Commanders are visiting the Dallas Cowboys.

The Dallas Cowboys’ season finally ended Sunday at AT&T Stadium against their long-time rivals the Washington Commanders. For the record, the Commanders defeated the Cowboys 23-19 as the season ended in dramatic fashion when Marcus Mariota connected on a 5-yard touchdown pass to receiver Terry McLaurin with three seconds left.
