The identity of the pilot who died in a plane crash outside Minneapolis this weekend has been confirmed by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner as U.S Bank executive Terry Dolan. U.S. Bank said this weekend that they believed it was Dolan who died when his plane crashed into a home on Kyle Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
