It's go at your own risk, no park staff. The jumping off the cliff isn't what the park wants. They have a viewing deck no stairs to get out of the hole you have to climb coral rock. Full review by Departure22420479682

We loved the blue hole! Family with a 12 and 16 year old. We had a lot of fun jumping from all the levels. Not scary at all! It was an easy walk from the Swizzle Inn. We even saw a sea horse there! Full review by laura_happy

Enjoy the cruise! Right at the pier there is an office to purchase bus and ferry passes. Everyone who works there is very helpful.

I suspect it could be dangerous to swim in the caves but I did not explore any of them when I visited the park. You can swim in the Blue Hole itself - it is gorgeous. There is a wooden platform to leave your stuff and when I visited there were a few people swimming and cliff jumping (about 20 feet).
