Parking is difficult and expensive from what I was told, in addition the traffic can be heavy. My suggestion take a cab, they are inexpensive and a lot less stressful.

Yes, there are lockers which are mandatory for small backpacks. I am not sure you will be able to fit a large piece of luggage there.

You may try your lucky as well, but depending on date it is possible you will not be able to visit the museum. Lines are long even for those who bought the ticket online. At least it was the day I visited (Olympic games).
