The fee is about 10 USD if I remember well and you can pay by card as well.

I honestly can't remember the exactly amount, but yes admission itself is free (but a donation is encouraged), and the headset is roughly $15. The headset was great for in the garden/cemetery area, however I actually found that inside the displays/videos were plenty informative on their own.
