At Dalhousie we stayed at Grand View Hotel and at Dharamshala we stayed at Fortune Park Moksha. I have reviewed both hotels on TA so please go & find them. As you are travelling on your own it may be easier to hire a car & driver as the roads are narrow and you need to be used to driving in that area. I did visit a home stay as well but that was in Banjar. Enjoy your holiday.
