Nice, clean campground and safe, too, with the Park Police right in front (and there's a Ranger station at the beginning of the campsite loops.) Accommodates RVs up to a certain length as well as ten… Full review by gostartraveler

There are picnic tables and fire pits in each campground. A reservation is a good idea in the summer. It's a lovely campground close to the Metro.

During our stay, there were multiple RV’s parked on the property. There’s ample space. The camp ranger for the camp we stayed at actually lives in an RV set up in their lot.

Does it completely book up all spring and summer, or just during Cherry Blossom Festival time? And what time do reservations open on the days they open-midnight? We missed getting a site during our spring break, wondering how hard it will be for a weekend in May.

The campground is rarely filled to capacity. You can check availability and make reservations at Recreation.gov.
