The downstairs is a daylight basement and has 3 bedrooms (see pictures for full details) a full bathroom, a wet bar area and a sofa sleeper. We are smack dab in the middle of Anaconda and Philipsburg, Montana. The nearest grocery store and gas station is a 20-25 min drive (17-20 miles away) PLAN AHEAD! We have a large back deck suitable for late summer evenings, taking in the cooler temps and the beautiful lake sunsets. Fun for all ages: DVDs, VHS tapes and a Wii Console.
