Good luck!! We (and other) were refused entry yesterday with valid tickets because they’d over booked the venue. The venue staff were useless and not interest especially the manager …

Good luck!! We (and other) were refused entry yesterday with valid tickets because they’d over booked the venue. The venue staff were useless and not interest especially the manager (not there problem), I tried to contact by telephone yesterday and left a message as well as sending two emails and to date, no response. We paid £160 in September and no confirmation of refund!!! Absolutely disgusted with their business ethics!! If I have no response by tomorrow I will be contacting trading standards for advise! I will let you know if I hear from them, in the meantime good luck!
