We did it on our own because he did take some flashlights and headlights with us so we managed on out own. Not very complicated tour on your own. But guides provides headlights if you wish to do so but only for the cave

Quite deep so you do t have to bother about touching unless you go into the cave. There are steps down to it with a platform benches and swim ladders or steps into the water

Not that i saw. its a pretty small place. people generally seemed very friendly. lots of families just camped out for the day. i think there are bathrooms by the parking lot/entrance, but once you start down the hill to the "hole" there's just a series of steps that people were hanging out on. Have fun!
