We just ate at the cafe and it was beautiful. Stunning surroundings. Whole trout was stunning. Evie and Tim served us. Super friendly, quick, great service. Fully recommend.Full review by Laura M

Where is an alternative place up park rather than the car park by the farm. A lot of people seem to have problems??

We parked up the road a few minutes walk up the hill free and no risk of getting fined

I would imagine as long as your dog is on a lead and not disturbing the trout it would be fine x

Hi Amy, we weren't interested in fishing so didn't ask about equipment. However, if it was included I would have thought they would have made it clear. Otherwise, there's not much for your entrance fee just a pleasant place to walk around, but it's very pleasant outside too and it's free.

What days can you fish for your own trout and is tackle provided

Hi, sorry I have not fished there but I assume every day the trout farm is open you would be able to. Check out website, or give them a call regards

Can you take a small bbq ?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own BBQ. If it is not on legs please make sure it does not burn the grass . Thanks
